Vail is a Seppala female we purchased as a pup from Huskies of Twelve Oaks near St. Paul, MN. She has been running double and single lead since she was one year old. She is very gentle and affectionate, a quick & enthusiastic learner, great eater, has good speed and never quits. She pushes the team during races and loves to catch teams in front of her.
Vail is one of our main Gee-Haw leaders, essential to our training program--she trains all leader candidates. One of her best attributes is her ability to be a tolerant surrogate mom to young pups. She loves them and teaches them how to be "good" dogs and behave mannerly as they grow up. She gets the name Sweetie for a reason!
